- You are responsible for confirming a professional’s licenses, insurance, qualifications, pricing, and suitability.
- Any agreement for services is solely between you and the selected professional.
- Home Energy Pros does not control or guarantee third-party work, pricing, conduct, timing, or results.
4. Independent Professionals
Professionals introduced through Home Energy Pros are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Home Energy Pros or ElitePete Marketing LLC.
We do not endorse every representation made by a professional and are not responsible for warranties, contracts, workmanship, disputes, property damage, personal injury, or other issues arising from third-party services.
5. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms
If you provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in through our homeowner assessment form, Home Energy Pros may send a one-time SMS verification code to the telephone number provided. This message is used to verify the contact information submitted with your homeowner request.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not submit another person’s contact information without authorization or use the services to create fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or abusive requests.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing activity
- Interfere with website security, forms, systems, or communications infrastructure
- Use bots or automated tools to create false or excessive submissions
